This is what the Encylopedia Americana (1945 Edition) says under the topic “GOD”:GOD (god) Common Teutonic word for personal object of religious worship, formerly applicable to super-human beings of heathen myth; on conversion of Teutonic races to Christianity, term was applied to Supreme Being.” We derive the pronoun “GOD” from “GOTT”, a Pagan deity. 1Cor 8:5 For even if there are so-called gods, whether in heaven or on earth – as there are gods many and many masters –
Mic 4:5 For all the peoples walk, each one in the name of his mighty one, but we walk in the Name of Yahweh our Elohim forever and ever.
What’s the name of yours? Yahweh is Mightier than them ALL!
Do you know what Baal translates to in English? I was absolutely in shock when I found out. Take a look at what Baal in English is (keep in mind, Baal is a Hebrew name).
Copied from Merriam-Webster Online Dictionary…
Main Entry: baal
Pronunciation: 'bA(-&)l, 'bäl
Inflected Form(s): plural baals or baa·lim 'bA-&-"lim/
Usage: often capitalized
Etymology: Hebrew ba'al lord
: any of numerous Canaanite and Phoenician local deities
How come the translators didn’t translate the pagan deity, Baal, in Scripture? Because that name translated to LORD. Breaking the command to ‘not add to or take away from YAH’s Word‘ (Deut. 12:32). They have taken away HIS Name! Just because you capitalize ‘lord‘, it doesn’t change it’s meaning!
Hos 2:16 “And it shall be, in that day,” declares Yahueh, “that you call Me ‘My Husband,’ and no longer call Me ‘My Baʽal’ (My Lord).
Act 26:14 “And when we had all fallen to the ground, I heard a voice speaking to me, and saying in the Hebrew language, ‘Sha'ul (Paul), Sha’ul, why do you persecute Me? It is hard for you to kick against the prods.’
From the scripture above, we can see that the Messiah was Hebrew, and would not have nor ever heard the Latin derived name Jesus. There is no letter “J” in the Hebrew Language nor did the letter “J” exist in our alphabet before the 14th Century. Search: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/J and http://www.fossilizedcustoms.com/transliteration.html
The ‘SUS’ in Jesus translates into Hebrew as the ‘horse’. Strong’s Concordance H5483 (sus). The Messiah is NOT a horse.
See what the ‘SUS’ (in Jesus) means in Latin. Also taken from Merriam-Webster Online Dictionary - www.m-w.com …
Main Entry: swine
Etymology: Middle English, from Old English swIn; akin to Old High German swIn swine, Latin sus -- more at SOW
1 : any of various stout-bodied short-legged omnivorous mammals (family Suidae) with a thick bristly skin and a long flexible snout; especially : a domesticated member of the species (Sus scrofa) that includes the European wild boar
The Messiah is NOT a swine either! Again, I was completely shocked and appalled when this was presented to me.
Jer 12:16 “And it shall be, if they learn well the ways of My people, to swear by My Name, ‘As Yahweh lives,’ as they taught My people to swear by Ba’al (Lord), then they shall be established in the midst of My people. (See also: Hosea 2:16-17)
Jer 23:26-27 “Till when shall it be in the heart of the prophets? – the prophets of falsehood and prophets of the deceit of their own heart, who try to make My people forget My Name by their dreams which everyone relates to his neighbour, as their fathers forgot My Name for Ba’al (Lord).
Exo 23:13 “And in all that I have said to you take heed. And make no mention of the name of other mighty ones, let it not be heard from your mouth.”

The form "YESHUA" has been cited to be from the acronym "YESHU", a mutilation of Yahushua's Name used by unbelieving Yahudim during the late 1st and 2nd century CE (search google.com for more on this). The letters in "YESHU" stood for the sentence, "Yemach Shmo u'Zikro" meaning "may his name be blotted out" (from the scroll of life). You can search the internet yourself with these letters, and find this to be true. This "Yeshu" acronym is highly likely the root of the form "JESUS", after going through Greek, then Latin, considering the following evolutionary path:
YESHU (remember, this is an acronym, meaning "may his name be blotted out", referring to the scroll of life). A rabbinic word-play, from the original Hebrew words: "Yemach Shmo u'Zikro". The Talmud records Yahushua's Name as "YESHU" (seen in modern translations as JESCHU), a form which denigrates Him and promotes the "secret" acronym's meaning. There's not actually a letter "W" in the Hebrew alef-beth; the letter "W" is a rather new letter to our own alpha-beta. It's called a "DOUBLE-U" for a reason; our letter "U" is a perfect match with the sixth letter of the Hebrew alef-beth, now called a "waw". Acronyms are abbreviated messages, like "SCUBA" stands for "self contained underwater breathing apparatus". 'End of excerpt'
The Father's Name was changed/removed, in translations, which breaks the 3rd Commandment. More and more people are learning the Power that comes with obeying Yahuah’s commands and using the Names’ of Yahuah & Yahusha in prayer. How awesome the Power is!
Don't take my word for it. Search it out for yourself. May Yah guide you in your quest to honor and serve him more abundantly.
